Returns & Cancellations
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after taking delivery of your item to request a return. At this time, we are only accepting returns if product is arrives damaged or defective.
Please note, to be environmentally conscious each item is made to order. We aim to fulfill customers orders as fast as possible, once an order has been processed through our system it is too late to cancel the order. Please double check your shipping details, or contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping address. As once an order is processed it will be processed, packaged and shipped out right away.
1. To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. To start a return, send an email to info@theslowgarage.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return.
3. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to review your return. Once accepted, you will be required to ship the return item with tracking. You will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your return request will be denied if;
- The item is not in the same condition as received.
- The item was not defected, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
- The customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.
Once a Return is Accepted
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@theslowgarage.com
